Blair Suzuki
President & CEO
Blair Suzuki is President and Chief Executive Officer of KRM. He brings over 14 years of leadership and customer service experience, having served in various roles including Hawai‘i and Guam General Manager for Otis Elevator Company, as well as seven years as a US Navy Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer.
Blair is a native of Ewa Beach, Hawai‘i and a graduate of James Campbell High School and the United States Naval Academy. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and an MBA from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Blair serves as the Vice-Chairperson for the Governor’s State Advisory Board on Veterans’ Services and serves on the boards of several local non-profits, including Housing Hawai‘i’s Future and Bizgenics, and is also very active in several local community and business organizations.

Liwei Kimura
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Liwei Kimura is the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for KRM and brings more than 25 years of business development, sales and marketing experience in a wide variety of industries to the KRM family of companies.
Born and educated in Beijing, China, with an MBA from the University of Hawai‘i, Liwei has held various business development leadership positions with Starwood hotel group and Hawaiian Airlines. She founded her own consulting company, OrienTech, and provided emerging market feasibility studies, new business development strategy, and strategy implementation services to businesses in Hawai‘i.
Liwei was a founding board member of the WeConnect International Women’s Empowerment Advisory Council and a past member of the Airline Representatives Board in China. She holds Certificates in Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation from the University of Hawai‘i’s Center for Interpretation and Translation Studies, and volunteers as a medical interpreter for many of Hawai‘i’s hospitals.

Vinodh (“Vin”) Krishnamoorthy
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
Vin Krishnamoorthy is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of KRM. He brings more than 23 years of financial management experience, primarily in the financial services sector, from around the world to the KRM family of companies.
Vin was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but emigrated to the U.S and is a graduate of Rutgers University. Prior to joining KRM, Vin was the CFO and COO of Singapore-based Equis Development, Asia’s largest independent infrastructure development fund. Before that, he spent 10 years in New York and Singapore as the Asia CFO and Treasurer of Blackstone, the world’s largest private equity fund.
Vin is very active in several local community, green-energy initiatives on Hawai‘i island including partnering with Kamehameha Schools on a power purchase agreement for one of their facilities.

Ron Gess
People Who Clean
President
Ron Gess is currently the president of The People Who Clean (PWC). He started his career with PWC as a cleaning technician in 1977, back when the company only performed window cleaning services at a few resorts on Maui. 10 years later he became the general manager, and in 2018, began serving as the company president.
His biggest role at PWC has been customer relations and business expansion, growing the business to over 400 professionals across all the major Hawaiian Islands. Ron prides himself on honest customer relations and customer satisfaction by providing great cleaning services — he even goes the extra mile to reach customers by piloting his own aircraft island to island.
In his free time, Ron enjoys running, flying, and spending time with his wife, daughter and two grandsons. He is an active board member of the Maui Nurses foundation, which raises funds for continuing education for nurses and is active in fundraising for the Special Olympics of Hawai‘i.

Wallace Kelley
Team Clean Hospitality
General Manager
Wallace Kelley is General Manager of Team Clean, Inc. He has more than 15 years hospitality experience including six years as partner in RSDK Restaurant and Lodging, based in Manchester, VT. For the past 10 years, he’s served in multiple roles with Securitas Hawaii; initially as district manager, then Area Director of Operations.
An O‘ahu resident since 2005, Wallace holds degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management), State University of New York (SUNY) Herkimer (Humanities) and Hawai‘i Pacific University (Finance), as well as being a US Army veteran.
Throughout Wallace’s career he’s served on the board of many professional and community organizations including the Hawaii chapter of American Society of Industrial Security (Chairman — Young Professionals), Echelon — Salvation Army, and Voyager Public Charter School. He has been recognized for his success by Pacific Business News (40 under 40) and Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) as “Employer of the Year.”
Wallace is a dedicated entrepreneurial leader with extensive operations and management experience; his specialty is building long term relationships with clients to return mutual success.

Robert Wright
KOA Maintenance
General Manager
Robert Wright is the General Manger of KOA Maintenance, specializing in Commercial housekeeping and maintenance. He has over 25+ years of customer service and leadership experience. A proud Air Force Veteran, Robert later served as a Senior Director Plant Manager for the United States Postal Service where he was responsible for operations of four states and led over 23,000 employees. He has proven expertise in navigating operations through periods of growth and change by leveraging skills in fiscal oversight/forecasting, project management, team training, and leadership.

Harolyn Shimabukuro-Miyashiro
Cleaners Warehouse
General Manager
Harolyn Shimabukuro-Miyashiro is Premier Restoration Hawai‘i’s Vice President of Operations and brings over 25 years of leadership in Food and Beverage, Banquets and Catering, Sales and Marketing, and Private Club Operations. She was born and raised in Aiea, Hawai‘i and started her hospitality career at the age of 15, working as a high school intern for the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. She is a graduate of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Kapi‘olani Community College and the University of Hawai‘i in Business and Marketing.
Her impressive career in the State of Hawai‘i’s luxury resorts included the Four Seasons Manele Bay and the Lodge at Koele on the island of Lāna‘i, the World Class St. Regis Princeville Resort, The Club at Kuku‘ula, the prestigious Kohanaiki, in Kailua-Kona and The Bay Clubs at Redwood Shores.
Harolyn is an active member of Women in Restoration, American Culinary Federation and the Society of Human Resource Management. She volunteers her time driving our Kupuna to medical appointments and delivering healthy meals. Harolyn has a passion for making people feel like “Ohana” and caring for our community.
